Loyalty Club, How It Works
How to Join
- Online: Create a free account at freshhub.co.nz using your name, email, and phone number.
- In store: Ask our team at checkout to register your details.
Earning Points
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
- Every $20 earns 20 points.
- Points are added automatically once your order is completed.
Redeeming Points
- 20 points equals a $1 discount.
- Redeem points at checkout, both in store and online.
- Example: 40 points equals $2 off, 100 points equals $5 off.
Checking Your Balance
- Log in online then click the Rewards tab at the bottom right.
- Or ask our team in store.
Points Expiry
Points remain valid for 12 months from when they are earned.
Delivery Information
We bring fresh produce straight to your door across Christchurch.
Order Cut Off Time
- Orders must be placed before 12pm midday for same day delivery.
- Orders placed after 12pm midday, we will try to deliver the same day but no guarantees.
Delivery Zones and Fees
Christchurch inner suburbs.
Orders under $45 will incur a $6 delivery fee. Orders over $45 will receive free delivery.
This applies to post codes 8011, 8013, 8014, 8023, 8024, 8041, 8042, 8051, 8052, 8053, 8061, 8062 and 8083
Christchurch southern suburbs
Orders under $50 will incur a $10 delivery fee. Orders over $50 will receive free delivery. This applies to post codes 8022, 8025 and 8081
