Loyalty Club, How It Works
How to Join
- Online: Create a free account at freshhub.co.nz using your name, email, and phone number.
- In store: Ask our team at checkout to register your details.
Earning Points
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
- Every $20 earns 20 points.
- Points are added automatically once your order is completed.
Redeeming Points
- 20 points equals a $1 discount.
- Redeem points at checkout, both in store and online.
- Example: 40 points equals $2 off, 100 points equals $5 off.
Checking Your Balance
- Log in online then click the Rewards tab at the bottom right.
- Or ask our team in store.
Points Expiry
Points remain valid for 12 months from when they are earned.
Delivery Information
We bring fresh produce straight to your door across Christchurch and surrounding areas.
Order Cut Off Time
- Orders must be placed before 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
- Orders must be placed before 4:00 pm on Saturday for same day delivery.
Delivery Zones and Fees
Up to 2.5 km
Free on orders over $20, fee is $10 under $20. Areas include nearby suburbs around 478 Cranford St.
Up to 5 km
Free on orders over $30, fee is $12 under $30. Areas include a wider circle surrounding our store.
Up to 10 km
Free on orders over $50, fee is $20 under $50. Includes Christchurch suburbs within a ten kilometre radius.
Extended Areas
Rangiora and Kaiapoi: delivery fee is $15. Rolleston: free evening delivery Monday to Saturday, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, once daily. Orders must be placed before 4:00 pm and the minimum order is $40.

Fast Delivery
In most cases, we can deliver within two hours, subject to availability.
