how our Loyalty Club works:

Joining is free and only takes a
minute:
Online:
Go - to freshhub.co.nz
Click- Create Account (top-right corner)
Sign up using your name, email, and phone number.
In-Store:
Ask one of our team at the counter.
We’ll register your details (name + phone number) and link you to the system.
Once registered, you’re
automatically part of the Harvest Fresh Hub Loyalty Club.
🍎 Checking Your Points
Online: Log in to your account at freshhub.co.nz and click the “Rewards” tab (bottom-right corner).
Your balance and reward options will appear instantly.
In-Store: Ask our staff at checkout
to check your points balance for you.
💰 Earning Points
You’ll
earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
Every
$20 you spend = 20 points.
Points
are added automatically once your order is completed.
🎁 Redeeming Points
Points
can be redeemed for discounts at checkout.
20
points = $1 discount.
Example:

points = $2 off
100
points = $5 off
Redeemable
both in-store and online.
🛒 Club Prices
Loyalty
Club members get access to special seasonal prices on selected
products.
Club
prices are shown on product tags in-store and listed in the online shop.
📅 Points Expiry
Points
remain valid for 12 months from the date earned.
Expired
points cannot be reissued.
✅ Conditions
Points
are earned on the order subtotal (after discounts, before delivery fees).
Points
cannot be exchanged for cash.

At Harvest Fresh Hub, we make it simple to enjoy the freshest fruit and vegetables without the hassle. Order online and we’ll deliver straight to your door — fast, fresh, and reliable.
Fast Delivery 🚀
Need it quickly? We now offer up to 2-hour express delivery within Christchurch
Available Monday to Saturday, subject to order cut-off times and product availability.
Standard Delivery Zones & Pricing
Up to 2.5 km: Free delivery on orders over $20 $5 for orders under $20.
Up to 5 km: Free delivery on orders over $30 $8 for orders under $30.
Up to 10 km: Free delivery on orders over $50 $13 for orders under $50.
Extended Areas: Rangiora & Kaiapoi for $15 flat rate.
Rolleston Special: Free evening delivery once a day between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Orders must be placed before 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, and before 5:00 pm on Saturday.
Delivery Days & Times
Standard Delivery: Monday to Saturday, during daytime hours.
Express Delivery: 2-hour service available Monday to Saturday (Christchurch only)
Evening Delivery: Rolleston daily run between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
Cut-off Times: Orders must be placed before 5 pm Monday to Friday Saturday before 4pm
Delivery Policy
Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email or SMS once your order is placed.
Delivery Notification: We’ll notify you when your order is on its way.
Safe Drop: If no one is home, we’ll leave your order in a safe location. You can add instructions at checkout.
Quality Guarantee: Contact us within 24 hours if any items are missing or not up to standard — we’ll replace or refund.
Coverage: Christchurch city, Rangiora, Kaiapoi, and Rolleston.
