- We currently deliver within Christchurch and select areas across New Zealand. Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your location.
- If we are unable to deliver to your area, you will be notified during the checkout process.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Christchurch Orders: Orders within Christchurch are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
- Other NZ Locations: For other areas in New Zealand, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM NZST may be processed the next business day.
- Delays: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supply chain issues, or public holidays. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.
3. Shipping Fees
- Free Delivery Offer: We offer free delivery on your first order within Christchurch. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
- Standard Fees: For subsequent orders, delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order weight. Fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- Express Delivery: Express options may be available for select areas at an additional cost. Check availability at checkout.
4. Perishable Goods Handling
- Freshness Guarantee: Our produce is packed with care to maintain freshness during transit. We recommend refrigerating items immediately upon receipt.
- Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
- Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
