Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Harvest Fresh Hub! We strive to provide the freshest local produce in Christchurch, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the fresh nature of our fruits and vegetables, we accept returns only if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon delivery. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Non-Perishable Goods: For non-perishable items (if applicable), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
  • Consumer Guarantees Act: As per New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a remedy if the goods are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at flavitradingltd@gmail.com or call us at 02108316646 within 24 hours of delivery for perishable items (or 7 days for non-perishable items). Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Inspection: We may request the return of the item for inspection. If a return is required, we will arrange a free pickup for Christchurch customers or provide a prepaid shipping label for other NZ locations.
  3. Resolution: Once we confirm the issue, we will process your refund or replacement within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Delivery Fees: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or spoiled items), we will refund the delivery fee. If the return is for other reasons, delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been consumed, partially used, or damaged after delivery due to improper storage are not eligible for return.
  • Special orders or custom products (if applicable) are non-returnable unless defective.
