At Harvest Fresh Hub, we keep your shopping fresh, local, and rewarding. Here is everything you need to know about our Loyalty Club and delivery service.
Loyalty Club, How It Works
How to Join
- Online: Create a free account at freshhub.co.nz using your name, email, and phone number.
- In store: Ask our team at checkout to register your details.
Earning Points
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
- Every $20 earns 20 points.
- Points are added automatically once your order is completed.
Redeeming Points
- 20 points equals a $1 discount.
- Redeem points at checkout, both in store and online.
- Example: 40 points equals $2 off, 100 points equals $5 off.
Checking Your Balance
- Log in online then click the Rewards tab at the bottom right.
- Or ask our team in store.
Points Expiry
Points remain valid for 12 months from when they are earned.
Delivery Information
We bring fresh produce straight to your door across Christchurch.
Order Cut Off Time
- Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm, we will try to deliver before 4pm but not guaranteed.
Delivery Zones and Fees
Christchurch metropolitan area
We deliver across the Christchurch metropolitan area (Excluding Lyttelton, Diamond Harbour and Governors Bay)
Delivery fees
Orders under $45 will incur a $6 delivery fee.
Orders over $45 will receive free delivery.
Delivery Days
Monday to Friday.
