Afourer mandarins feature a rich, vibrant orange-red skin and a high sugar-to-acid balance (12–14 Brix). They offer a deeply sweet, intensely fruity flavor with a lively, tangy punch. The flesh is exceptionally juicy, tightly segmented, and typically seedless or low-seeded.
